Motivated by a passion to deliver an outsized impact in any role, Scott joined Epiphany as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in May 2018. He is responsible for a wide range of financial planning and analysis objectives, including the following: budgeting, reporting, market analysis, annual business reviews, investment evaluation, and decision-support analysis. Scott also develops and manages the company’s key financial and operational metrics, as well as the Human Resources Information System and payroll processes. These activities are diverse but the common thread is that they allow management and providers to improve performance by equipping them with helpful information and analytics that are not commonly available to smaller practices.
Prior to Epiphany, Scott worked at Hanger, a leading multi-site provider of orthotic and prosthetic products and services with $1.2B in annual sales. Before that, Scott spent seven years with Kraft Heinz, a global manufacturer of consumer-packaged goods with $29B in annual sales. Throughout his tenure there, he held roles within the Sales and Logistics function, Cross-Border Accounting group, and ultimately led a team of analysts within the Revenue Management function.
Scott was born and raised in the Midwest, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, general carpentry, and gardening.
